DERAY^® - Splicemelt is a heat shrink tubing made of cross-linked modified polyethylene with a thermoplastic adhesive lining.

Splicemelt meets the requirements of longitudinal water sealing in parallel and end connectors. Simultaneously, it provides excellent resistance against thermal, chemical and mechanical stress.

During shrinking, the tubing contracts itself so much that the seal-point is completely filled with melt adhesive. Due to its quick and simple processing, the Two-in-One shrink tubing enables utilization in series manufacturing.

DERAY^® - Splicemelt is available in two versions:
constant temperature resistance to 85⁰C
constant temperature resistance to 125⁰C
