DERAY-KST 100/1000

DERAY-KST 100/1000 is a process controlled small shrinkage tunnel for the processing of heat shrinking tubing as insulation or sealing of small cable harnesses. The shrink processor can be employed as an individual workstation or in series production. Through continuously variable regulation of the conveyor belt speed, an optimal adaptation to the preceding manufacturing process is possible.

DERAY®-HST 35100

The DERAY-HST 35100 small shrink tunnel is intended for the economical implementation of mass production. Equipped with all industrial tunnel features: High power blower, continuously loadable Ni-Cr heating elements, hermetically embedded in a stainless steel pipe, conveyor belt made of glass fiber fabric, favorable connected load. The hot-air circulation based on the principle of a stationary air cushion in connection with high-quality heat insulation allows for especially advantageous energy utilization.
